This site is operated by Downtown Investment Group S.R.L with a single purpose: showing you the properties and letting you send a booking request or pay for a booking.

What we process: the data you enter in the booking form (name, email address, phone if provided, your message and the stay details). We use it exclusively to process your booking request and communicate with you about it.

Cookies: we only use cookies strictly necessary for the site to work. No tracking, analytics or marketing cookies.

Payments: if online payment is enabled, it is processed by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers.
